The Training Fund offers training and skill improvement courses which provide participants the opportunity to learn the latest advancements in the construction industry.

Since its establishment in 1970, the Local 14-14B Training Fund, through its training program, has endeavored to develop training and skill improvement programs for apprentices and journeypersons that remain true to its overall mission: to provide training that keeps the Local 14-14B Operating Engineers ranked as the greatest skilled trade in the New York City construction industry. The training site is usually open Tuesday-Saturday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
